I’m not sure who I’ve been speaking with over the phone but to keep the stores short I was extremely ripped of by a “locksmith” whom I have now found out is not legit and licensed. I had called this company inquiring on the fees because I wasn’t sure just how ripped off I had just gotten. I explained the situation about the bad locksmith and though I was not hiring this company for services he was very kind to assist me in handling this situation.
